Thank you for your wholesale order with Sample Oklahoma Company. We value our retail partners and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every shipment. Please review our updated wholesale return and refund policy below.

WHOLESALE RETURNS

Wholesale returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return.
• Returned items must be new, unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in full case or bundle quantities. We do not accept partial returns of multi-pack or bundled products.
• All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To begin the return process, email us at Support@SampleOk.com to request an RMA. Once your return is authorized:

1. Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
2. Include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA instructions.

Unless the return is due to damage or error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RESTOCKING FEE

All approved wholesale returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-branded or private label products
• Perishable or short-dated items
• Final sale or clearance products
• Discontinued items
• Event tickets (live or virtual)
• Products sold on consignment

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

   

• Include clear photos of the damage in your email
• We will either send replacements or issue store credit after review

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit or an exchange. Refunds are only issued in the event of an error on our part. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
